Q At 27, my skin has gone from normal and soft to dry and rough. What do you recommend?

A This kind of problem is quite common around this time of year, when the weather starts to get colder. There might be other factors, too: have you been on a diet? Or could it be an allergic reaction? If the change is drastic, go to your GP.

Meanwhile, I’d suggest Neal’s Yard Remedies (www.nealsyardremedies.com) – I turn to it when my skin goes haywire.
